  Got another small payment recently. Most likely will never see the full amount,though. The interest is accruing faster than the payments are going out. I'm  listing the settlement in my will so my heirs may get something .

  Got a small check last week. Settlement will come in small increments as funds are collected. It'll be used to fix the car that was damaged by one of his patrons. After that?? Put it away towards transition.

  Good evening.Just heard from our Lawyer. BOLI's decision is Finally Final. Mr Penner is out of appeals. Now to see what happens next.

  I've been told that there is further investigation into Mr. Penner's finances. Not sure what is happening beyond this,but building has not sold yet.   Haven't heard anything lately...Wheels of justice are very slow. Don't care about any monitary settlement. Just want a public apology for bad treatment.

  Yes,there was another hearing in April. Not really sure what came of it,but doesn't look good for Mr.Penner. Update to follow when I know more for sure.

  Mr.Penner keeps asking for extensions. Nothing filed. He finally filed appeal 3 days late. Courts decided to hear it anyway.   Seems Mr.Penner has filed an appeal of the decision. Even if the judgments are reduced, losing an appeal will only make Oregon's anti-discrimination law stronger. As I've said before,it's not about the money.It's about the principle of the thing.
