  Well  Its  been  sometime since I  last  wrote  a blog  but  here goes  it . Since  the  end  of  July  into  Augest  I ve  been dealling  with a serious  problem  with  my  right  foot.  this problem  is  known as  "dieabetic  Ulcer" and  can  be  very  very  serious  and could  end  in Amputation  or even   Death. Most reason  for this  condtion  is due  to  poor  blood flow  and  out  of control  blood sugar  levels . Over the years   and since 2010   I  have  tried  hard  to  keep my  levels under somewhat  controled . this  last  stint  in hospital  has somewhat  amplified  the  need to  be  more active  for  better  control . As you all know  this is  Not  my  first  Rodeo when dealling with this  condition and  I  can say  this time around  I knew somehow this would occure. So  far  I ve  been doing  well  with  my  blood sugar  control  and after  all this time  my  levels have been refecting  how well  im  healling. there was some doubt  at  first  that  this  time around that I  may  not  do as well  and  beeing on IV  meds  for six weeks  I was  unshure.  It was  not  long after  I did this 6 weeks  that  a  bone  scan   or  CT  scan  was  performed  to more or less investigate what  was the  problem  . after  all this  time on  IV  meds there was  alot  of "redness"  and "puffyness " along with some  pain  .  It  was  the  scan  that  revealed two  causes  and one was  infection  and the  other  called "Charcot foot" or  detireation  of the  bone .  So another  round  of  IV meds  was  orded for  three weeks  and so  far  things  are  looking good  and YES  there  light  at the end . I  have  to  wonder tho  what  in store   for  me  after all this  and its a scary  thought to what  might  of  been and  could still  happen . So  I want to  say  to  all thoes  who  worry  about  me    "Thank You "   I  mean it  from the  bottom of  my  heart !!
