It's more of an announcement than an actual thread, there's no topic here...
Wondering why you made this topic sticky but had it closed....:)
Bon Jour Mon Ami.
Hi / Bonjour,
Welcome/Bienvenue to the GS Canadian Forum!
This is where to come to start or join in discussions that are relevant to Canada, regardless of where you happen to call home. All are welcome!
Please be active here, you can discuss whatever you want, it needn't be transgender related, but let's try to keep it Canadian, eh? : )
Anyone care to discuss? Comment?
Thanks Crissie : )

A community march and a pride march? What's the story behind that? What groups are at odds and why?
I'm really exited as a Toronto girl but I'm saddened that we are actually having two trans marches, one community march and one pride march, politics, politics, politics.
I'm going to cross my fingers and hope we can be show a unified front but perhaps the wounds are too fresh, well see.
It's in Toronto this year. I've heard estimates of 500-1000 tgirls expected to take part in the march/parade.
Are you going?
What are your thoughts?

If you'd like to just make an announcement, and not necessarily start a discussion thread, you can post it here. If you'd like to discuss something, start a new topic or join an existing one please.
For any interested, there's also a group for Canadians (and guests or honorary Canadians!) here at GS. The group is called 'Oooh, Canada!'
