Thanks for the warning. There is far too much sugar, fat and salt in most food and drink sold in supermarkets.
Perhaps there's a gap in the market for someone to start a chain of shops that sells fresh produce that's not stuffed with chemicals to give it a longer shelf life!
By the way, also look out for frozen chicken and other meats. They are often injected with water to increase the weight and make you think you're getting more for your money. It's possible that a fifth of the weight of a pack of frozen chicken is just injected water! What a rip-off!
