I have discovered that there are some issues when trying to upload new pictures or change profile picture & perform other requests such as answering messages or sending gifts, friend requests. When trying to perform these tasks a small 25mm x 25mm box or 1inch x 1inch box in old money

Checking the java version I have found that Java have upgraded certain Browsers such as Firefox & Google Chrome to now run in 32 bit & 64 bit. So if you are using Windows 7 or newer you may need to download & install Java inn a 64 bit version to run alongside your existing 32 bit version.
