Hello!

So, we all know how hard it can be to navigate through health insurance let alone doing it when you are transgender. I am trying to change that, at least within my company. Name changes, gender markers, routine health care and surgery are all things that are extremely necessary, yet they are often overlooked in our community. I am in the process of putting together a proposal for a Trans Care Advocate position within my company and need some input from the trans community. I am asking to see if you would be willing tofill out this short, 5 question survey about health insurance and the trans individual. It is completely anonymous and will only take a minute, but with this data perhaps I can convey the large need for health insurance to be more inclusive, understood and supported.
