  • Never fails to amaze me, the greed and avarice of some people.

     

    Lord arrives at the house of Lords, by taxi, keeps the taxi waiting while he literaly runs into the parliament building signs in to qualify for his £300 attendance fee and then imediately leaves, hops back in the taxi and is spirited away.   It would be interesting to know!!! if he will claim the expenses for the taxi to heap even more shame on this elitist disgrace to fair play and democracy,    What a waste of space these people are.

     

    Then there are those that sign in, to again qualify for their £300, only to take business cronies to the subsidised restaurants to discuss their own personal businesses most of these have probably never even attended the house of lords on legitimate goverment business.   The sooner they get rid of this house of unelected jollies the better.
