Does anyone know of any clubs/bars in Toronto Ontario Canada where I can go and try to meet a TV, TS, TG, CD????

Goodhandys is also a great place to meet tgirls. Been there several times and it's always been fun Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are tranny nights.

I reccomend "The Zipper"
I had the loveliest time there when I was visiting the great white north. Not specifically a TV/TG bar, but they make everyone feel welcome, and have a killer drag show.

Goodhandys changed names to club120 or some such, and it has become basically a $20 lapdance with a T-girl joint. Felt like I was in a strip club when there a month ago. That said, I wasn't dressed that night, so if I ever find myself in Toronto again, I might try going geared up.
