it's from a 1993 film called The Cement Garden

Hi: Looking for some help from the experts here. I picked up a midi audio file somehwere called "Cement" I think
it is part of a movie name and the audio clip is a girl talking about how "boys all want to check out what it is like
to be a girl, but most don't because they see being a girl as degrading" while she is talking to a boy named Jack
she is putting make up on another boy who's, "tired of being another grumpy boy". Any ideas where that came

Dear Anne: Thank You , Thank You, Thank You! This has been driving me crazy ... (yeah I know, short drive )
Now all I have to do is find the movie! Has anyone seen it? It sounds from the clip like it might be a Trans type movie.
