stem cell breast augmentation

Tags : None
  •   Hello, all my sisters.  I have tried a few different methods of increasing my bust line with different natural enhancers.  They never worked  =(.  I have tried Flat to Fem, Purafem and Bloussant.  I have now realized that cosmetic surgery is the only way to get what i want.  Right now I almost fill a B cup bra and although its wonderful to have a somewhat natural chest they are not big enough for me.  I don't know how I came to find out about Stem Cell Breast Augmentation but it SOUNDS great.  They will take my fat away from one part of my body and inject it into another.  They say you get an increase of 1 to 2 cup sizes PERFECT.  My question is "has anyone tried this procedure yet?"  I can't seem to find a doctor that deals with M to F t-girls to get my answers about the procedure.  Any input will be greatly appreciated.

  • Have you tried human estrogen? Flat to Fem, Purafem and Bloussant don't contain it. Estrogen is cheaper than all these and it works, but perhaps it's hard to get hold of in Canada unless you are under the supervision of a gender clinic?

So you're almost a B cup and you'd like to be a C or D? Do you live full-time as female? Do you think you'd have any problems living as a male with breasts.

Sorry, just playing devil's advocate. The stem cell procedure sounds much preferable to implants, something which I wish to avoid, but it's early days for this yet, and there is some controversy over it. I don't know offhand of any surgeons who are doing this, I suspect there aren't many. If you are not living full-time, it may be even harder to find one who would do it for you.

  •   I have not tried human estrogen yet.  My genetic GF doesn't want me to take any kind of HRT yet.  I still need to find myself a gender clinic so I can talk to someone.

i still live full time as a male and have never really been out as Julie.  (im still scared)  I already have a small bust and have been tortured all my life about it so to have slightly bigger breasts (hopefully fuller) would not affect me too badly.

  • I thought I had posted a link to an article I found about this a few days back. but did a quick search and can't find it so, here it is again:-
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-15034495
Basically what it is saying that the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) say "stem-cell breast augmentations" are unproven and should not be offered commercially.

When I had my boob job, I joined a forum for women who were either having, had had, or were considering having breast augmentation surgery.  They had three eminent plastic surgeons who specialised in breast reconstruction and or augmentation/reduction as consultants who were on hand to give advice to the women there and they all said it was far too early and some of the initial results were very poor.  There is also another technique (Macrolane) where they take fat from one part of the body and use this fat to inject into the breast tissue - unfortunately, although it might appear cheap compared to breast augmentation surgery, you require yearly top ups and after around 3 or 4 years, it becomes much cheaper to have had the much safer standard breast augmentation surgery.

This is what one of their surgeons said about the Stem cell implant method:-

Although it sounds like a wonderful alternative - enhanced fat grafting may have a very limited role for very small augmentations BUT will never supercede breast implants.

I have significant experience of fat grafting in facial aesthetics and some experience of using it in the breast.

IEFG t is too unpredictable in terms of the graft survival PLUS there are concerns about whether the stem cells may initiate cancerous change in the breast.

I would put this rather gimicky technique in the same pigeonhole as macrolane - it may provide a minimal enhancement in certain patients but I won't be recommending it to my patients any time soon...

  • Thanks for re-posting that link Carol. Obviously it's early days yet, and although some English clinics are doing it, some experts are warning against it.

Julie, you said, "I have now realized that cosmetic surgery is the only way to get what i want." Yet you haven't tried taking estrogen - the "natural" method. Wouldn't this be preferable to surgery? All surgery carries risks, and cosmetic surgery is never an exact science.

Your girlfriend doesn't want you to take HRT, is she ok about you having surgery to give you C - D cup breasts then?!

I must admit I'm a bit unsure about what you really want; you've never been out as female but you want to obtain instant breasts. You can't live as man with a C-cup and expect to get away with it. They won't be man boobs, and they will be entirely obvious to everyone. Would you plan to transition after surgery?

You say you're scared to go out as Julie, but if you had this sugery intending to continue presenting as male, to put it bluntly you'd have to live the rest of your life with everyone around you thinking you're a freak. Does that not scare you?

  • Julie said in her profile that she is a CD, and is married but she might not have updated it to reflect her current situation.  Like Lucy, I would be a little worried about any of these courses of action (HRT, surgery etc) which would lead to a permanent development of breasts, especially as you have not even been out yet,  Have a look at some of the products from the various advertisers who sponsor this site (eg http://thebreastformstore.com/breastforms-catalog.aspx#AMOLUX) and see if any of these might help.

If you were to consider HRT, please be aware that your libido might drop away to nothing - so might have disastrous consequences for the present relationship you are in.

  •  For lucy, My GF does not want me on any kind of HRT because of the same point that Carol made.  HRT would kill my libido and that scares me, I still want to be able to use the equipment I have.  Being labeled as a "freak" doesn't bother me one bit.  If you don't like me or make fun of me for the way I look you can take a flying leap and sod off.  I surround myself with great people and great support.  I know I haven't been out yet but when I'm in the safety of my home and I allow Julie to come out I am disappointed with her apperance.  My current relationship is a very fine line.  I know what I want and I know she doesn't want me to change anything.  I can't live for her the rest of my life so when I am ready to make my changes she will have to like it or lump it (it's my body and my life).

  • Just one word of warning from my own past Julie as to what can happen.

I had been on hormones for around 8 or 9 months and was just pre transition.  Anyway, I started going out with this guy, became quite attached to him (he knew about my predicament), but we ended up one night in bed.  Of course, I was sexually aroused by him, and that ended up with me being rushed into hospital with agonizing pain - those organs had become severely atrophied during those 9 months and then, blood suddenly rushing into them almost caused a torsion and could have killed me.  Present day hormonal therapies might not cause this, but just a warning to take care and don't make any decision rashly, just based on the fact you'd like to have slightly bigger boobs - you might end up with some side effects which could ruin your life.
