I am posting this on behalf of a girl freind of mine who is in england who cannot join the site herself as her parents use her computer as well. She is on the point of coming out to her parents but is after gathering some information about support groups for her parents or advice lines for her parents in England, that once she comes out her parents can call or read if they choose to find out further information.

I unfortunatly am unable to really help her as I have been out of the uk now for 8 and a half years so i am a bit out of touch over there, so if anyone could help with this one I am sure she will be thankfull.

Stephany, How old is your friend - there are many organisations that can help - some are geared towards youth though (such as Mermaids), so an age would definitely help. Carol xx
