been to avanta today and i was asked a question what happens when they need to send my birth certificate off to a company for a job application (they are a help to work group) they have been great with me and very understanding

for now iv just said add a little note as to why its dif

but its a interesting dilemma anyone got any advice i can pass onto them as they are unsure how to proceed in regards to this
