So I've been taking the herbal route for slo-o-ow feminization (I know the caveats) and now, after a few months, I find my nipples and aureola are itchy.  Normal?? Please advise.

They not only get itchy, but they become exceptionally sensitive, and stand up at the slightest provocation. I just love the change.
