I sometimes feel as though I am banging my head on a brick wall. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the most prolific blogger here and in fact my last update was on April 10th.
I've just been looking at it and I'm amazed that I'm still working on the same things as I was then.
Mainly it's our billing system. It has taken an age to get this together and to install and just when we thought we were nearly there, I discovered that it wasn't working properly!
However, it did work perfectly during our rigorous testing period. It's as if the very act of setting it 'Live' and telling everyone to use it makes it go wrong.
Andrew, who wrote most of the code, was off on Friday so I'll have to wait till tomorrow for him to work on the problem.
I spent ages getting our TrannyStuff shop together but that does not seem to have been much of a success either. I think we need more products and more advertising. I'm very interested to get more electronic books onboard. If you know anyone who has written a book on a tranny theme, please let me know.
Our Trannyweb Girly Night Out in Manchester, UK, took place last Wednesday. I turned up very late following a huge drive from the south of England and an appointment in Manchester (for which I was also very late). My apologies.
Otherwise, my failings aside, it turned out to be a great day and evening. I loved driving and walking around Manchester dressed up like a dog's dinner and I think I passed. Nobody gave me any funny looks or double takes. That means I've won! Hooray!
Julie did a wonderful job of organising the whole thing and shepherding us from one venue to the next.
Wearing heels for hours and hours did make my feet hurt a lot though. By the end of the evening (about 3.45am) I could hardly walk (or was that 'coz I was drunk?).
It's been suggested by several of the girls that we do it all again in Brighton. I can't wait.
