Okay, so I don't write my blog as often as I should. I have been very busy though, galavanting around the world being a top tranny fashion model (I wish).
Today I've posted some pics from my recent photo shoot in Sydney in a new TrannyPix gallery. I'm particularly pleased with them as Cyanne's wonderful makeover somehow made me look years younger.
We have a full schedule of programmming things going on over the next week, including several new software modules for our Full Members to play with.
Our new TrannyFriends feautre should be particularly popular, giving our girls the means to start their own friends networks with enhanced profiles and loads of other goodies too.
We should also shortly have our new TrannyCards program which will allow our full members to send greetings cards to each other and anyone else they wish.
We will need your help with this one though, because the cards that come this the program are a bit lame. Therefore, we will need volunteers to get out their Photoshop and make some new tranny greetings card templates. Perhaps we'll have a competition.
We're still waiting for Eric to install Hubz and to reinstall Volano (the clubs chat room). He inadvertently left it behind when we moved servers a few months back.
There's still a list of things that don't work properly since the upgrade to Trannyweb version 5.2 but Eric is working through it (slowly).
Our membership base is growing steadily but the number of Full Members who pay to keep Trannyweb going is still dismally low at less than 1% of the total membership. This is an ongoing battle as our costs are rising but our Full Members numbers are not.
One thing I've noticed is that many Full Monthly members cancel their membership after only one month. They are usually admirers who are perhaps expecting some kind of sex site and who are disappointed when they discover that we are not anything of the sort.
Having said that, I wonder if perhaps we should try to accommodate admirers a little more. Maybe we should have some x-rated galleries they can plunder in an effort to bring in more business. Just a thought. I think that my modelling efforts have gone to my head. If anyone is interested in providing some naughty(ish) pics, please let me know.
Otherwise, if anyone can think of other ways we can raise some much needed funds,please let me know as my savings are running out!
