I'm at the stage now, where I'm almost scared to check my email because every time I do there's another catastrophe waiting for me.
The latest is this. Our other payment processor (Metacharge) have informed me that because of an administrative mistake, all of the subscriptions taken out by our members paying in US dollars since last July, were cancelled after the first payment.
All this time I thought it was because they just didn't like us enough to carry on with their subscriptions. This means that since the middle of last year we've lost a further two thirds of our remaining subscriptions and hundreds of dollars or more.
It seems as though every single day there is a new blow or some new disaster to contend with.
I think that having a huge Full Membership drive and getting more advertisers onboard will be the only ways we can avert a crash in the coming weeks. I wish I could find a marketing company who would work with us but those I have approached up to now have shunned us, with most not even bothering to reply to my letters.
I guess nobody said that running a community for transvestites and transsexuals was going to be easy.

It's not meant to be a serious thing - just a bit of fun for the girls. The cards that the software comes with are not really very appropriate to Trannyweb so hope that some of our more artisticly talented members will be able to come up with some better ones.
