My blog entries seem to get further apart. Sorry it's been seven months but I'm doing the work of six people right now so I have very little time.
Trannyweb has undergone a lot of changes since last October. We've moved to a new server, had a software upgrade and a slightly new look (that's actually happening right now and isn't finished yet), we've got a new chat room going live very soon (we hope), and we have several other projects on the go which will sap even more of my time.
It is quite true I believe, that time is our most precious commodity.
I have been trying for ages and ages to find the time to finish my book, which I started several years ago. It's not because it's some kind of epic that it has taken so long but simply because I am already working seven days a week from around 9am each day until well into the evening. When will I find time to write a book too?
Well, everything will just have to go by the way for the next couple of weeks because I am going away. I'm doing a little job that has nothing to do with TG.
It's very poorly paid and I'll be doing 12 hour days (maybe more), but most of the time I'll just be standing around until I'm needed. It will be quite glamorous and a lot of fun though. It's just a one-off and after this two week period I will probably never do it again.
What could it be? Jury service? Nope!
I did start telling everyone about my exciting little job but then Wendy Larsen reminded me that when you blab your mouth off things always go wrong.
That's true, it's happened to me soooo many times before. So now, I try to keep schtum about exciting things until they have passed.
So if you don't already know, I'm afraid you'll have to wait till the next instalment of my blog to find out.
