  Mr.Penner keeps asking for extensions. Nothing filed.

  He finally filed appeal 3 days late. Courts decided to hear it anyway.

  I'm not sure where this is going next;but the longer it takes, the more it will cost him.

  Of course,there is the possibility that judgment could be overturned...But it's not likely.

   I'll post more as I know more.
