  Just a quick check in…….

   

  First of all, it is good that Karen Brad is getting back on her feet, literally and figuratively.

   

  My finances keep going down further and further.  Oh well.  Been there before.  I might have a plan to get out of it.  Concern levels are rising, though.

   

  Work is more interesting than ever.  We are an incredible team there.  The best.

   

  People keep wanting to either take my piccie or take one with me.  I can’t figure out why.  I’m nothing to look at.  Some people want a shot of me in my uniform, like at the coal mine.  Some high school kids interviewed me on video for their school news program.  Last week these 20 year old college girls wanted to take a piccie with me in front of the train.  Then, today, these French girls were hanging around by the train to try and get my phone number.

   

  I have been blessed with great co-workers.  We have a good time driving the department brown-noser nuts.  Today a friend was giving me a ride downtown so I could catch an earlier train than usual.  When the four of us got in the car, well, let’s just say you never heard a more obscene conversation.

   

  My one class is overloaded.  People are beating down the door to take it.

   

  I will be making contact with the gender clinic on Monday.  Hopefully this could get going soon.

   

  So, trying to keep my head above water.
