Girls, my kid is a HUGE Harry Potter fan.  My wife found some things on E-bay through British sellers. We think there might be HP licensed merchandise (and not necessarily from the movies, but from the author herself) over there that we don't get here in the States. For instance, there's this Hogwarts shoulder bag and pad. If you see something unique, please let me know. Don't buy anything unless I send you the money first.  I've asked Christina and Nena about this, and they're helping me out (as usual - I really wish I did more for them).

I leave for the hospital in a few minutes.  My doctor wants me to do a sleep study since I might possibly have a disorder there. I can't take the pill that helps me relax for sleep, either.  What sucks more than anything is that I have to be totally drab! I can get away with wearing my panties to bed here at home under my t-shirt, but not there.  Damn it!  However, I did buy that cute red skirt today, and I enjoyed our nice long chats. Lately, to help me relax for sleep, I've been imagining that I'm sharing a hotel room with some of you and that we're all getting ready for bed. That also comes from seeing the TM pics.  You UK girls have no idea how much I would love to have the money to go visit and do the TM.

You are all so great friends.  I thank each and every one of you for your sisterhood.  Right now I need to thank Christina, Nena and Tressa for this past week. Christina: I'm surprised our shoulders haven't shriveled up from us crying on each other. Tressa: On Thursday I was wearing this new cute skirt while housecleaning (not smart, I know). Then, when I had a moment to relax, I was having a glass of red wine while watching the most relaxing movie out there (Kill Bill, Vol. 1). I moved wrong and spilled wine on the handwashable skirt. I was able to get it out right away, but almost forgot to take it out of the bathroom, where it was drying, before the wife came home. I called Tressa to find out how to dry it quickly, and she came to my aid.  Thanks! Nena: You know what you did, you saucy little minx.

I just must write this down, instead moaning about the BS in my life (I'll stop that, okay?). First, let me just mention how much I love all of you, so if I leave out someone's name here, please do not be offended. I miss the cyber fun in the evenings, and playing with my girls like Tina Louise, Tressa, Delila, and Kendra.  Hell, I miss the cyber fun in the days, too, since I can't be around as much as I would like. Here's the dream: If you get a chance, check out the pics of our UK sisters on their "Trans Mission" night out.  I am so jealous that I wasn't there!  That fueled last night's dream.  I was in the UK with Nena Williams - we're known as the Tramp Twins, by the way - and we were going to pick up Christina. Nena was in that sexy red outfit.  I have no idea what I had on.  In the dream I was meeting everyone for the first time.  When I met Nena there was a nice big kiss.  Then we picked up Christina. She opened the door and was wearing her black dress that she had on in the pics.  Christina gave me a big kiss too.  They both had nice soft lips (WOW!). Then we went to the club where other UK TW girls were at.  Unfortunately, my dream didn't tell me who they were.  But I did get to hear Nena and Christina speak in their cute British accents (you should hear my U.S. midwestern accent - you can tell in a moment that I'm from Chicago!).  The drinks were flowing and the dances were hot.  THEN I F'G WOKE UP!!!!!  DAMN IT!!!!  It was the best time I've had in so long.  Even though it wasn't real, thanks for the good time, girls!

My computer situation at home, like so many other things in my life, really sucks.  The one computer we use is about 2000 years old and the software won't let me see what's happening in the chatrooms.  A laptop was given to us, and now it needs $500 worth of new hardware.  Hell, for that much we can buy a new one.  That means the fun I used to have in the evenings are gone for now.  And, trust me, that was fun!  I miss it.  So the only time I can really hang out is when I use the network connections on campus, or if I log on from another location. Thanks again to all of you for your support.

Things have gone back to garbage.  We had a HUGE fight last night.  I really didn't start it, but I sure acted the fool and got my digs in.  For the first time in a while my being TG came up.  It wasn't the cause of the fight, nor did we necessarily argue about it.  Still, she threatened me with separation, possibly divorce.  I don't want that to happen.  I've been so upset all day.  I came online this morning from campus and Nena especially helped me out, as did Jo and Jane.  I bought myself two new skirts today to help myself feel better, and am now kicking back with a glass of wine. On the other hand, I have some interviews with agencies this week to get some more work.  I sent off my chapters today, so now comes the waiting for the paycheck.  If I could only get my book off to the other publisher!  Hopefully someday I'll do something right and make something out of myself.  I really don't like myself much at the minute, and not because I'm Meredith.  That makes me feel better.

Sorry, girls, but I really don't have any heels, or girl shoes.  I'm actually afraid of high heels.  I truly am a klutz.  My coordination is awful and I'm always injuring myself.  I once even managed to kick a steak knife into my own foot!  (That's a story that I'll post later on.  It hurt like hell but was funny as hell)  Julia and Tressa have graciously offered their assistance concerning heels.  I think that if I wish to make my next birthday I better stay in flats!  But I did manage to make sure I had on my black lace panties for church this morning. I just know I had panty lines, too.  Ooops.

Just as I was really settling in for an afternoon of Meredith, someone comes over.  This guy, who is the husband of one of my wife's coworkers, does handyman chores for us.  I can't do these things - put a power tool in my hand and I'll kill myself somehow.  Anyhow, he just came by to work in the yard.  He looks a bit like a grizzly bear (actually, I think he was a grizzly bear and they rearranged his DNA).  He wouldn't like Meredith, and I had to do the world's fastest change into drab.  Damn it!

Sitting here like this in my miniskirt feels soooooooooo nice.  But I really need to sit more ladylike.  I'm sitting back in the chair with my legs somewhat spread, which means anyone could get a clean view right up my skirt.  At least I'm wearing panties. Oh well.
