Krazy daze

I'm trying to be good but it's hard. That reminds me of Mae West's old line "It's got to be hard to be good" or when told "Goodness Miss West, what beautiful pearls you're wearing." She replied "My dear, goodness had nothing to do with them." In my case, I've been ordered (my doctor) to wear a sling on my arm for the nest 6 to 8 weeks. Immobilizing my arm is supposed to allow the torn muscle in my shoulder to mend. Of course it's been 23years since I tore that shoulder in an accident, so I'm not ceretain this procedure will help, I don't like pill and I won't take a shot to hide the pain. I've tried acupunture and that helped temporarily. I have had two massages and get another today. That seems to help some but not in the long term. I trust this will work for a longer period. Since I've been exercising between 4 to 6 times a week - that's water aerobics-  the frequency of the pain has increased but I stop exercising my shoulder when this happens and the pain stops.

I've been told it's old age - bah, humbug.
