The original title is "A Busy Day", but it is known by other titles.  It is a short Keystone Comedy from 1914.  Charlie Chaplin is the star, but not in his usual role as the Little Tramp.  Instead, he appears in drag as an angry wife who catches her husband messing around with another woman at the parade.  Charlie proceeds to get into a big fight with everyone around while attempting to cross the parade route to get at the unfaithful husband.  It is entertaining to see Charlie Chaplin engage in his usual antics while wearing a dress.
