Good morning all. Hints of spring here too, I just sat outside for half an hour, soaking up some much deprived vitamin E. So lovely to feel the sun’s warmth on my skin again.

Lucy it's far to cold here to sit outside. In fact I don't want to evan go from my door to the car.

Also your right the formums have been slow lately. But that's something that seems to come & go.




This is al ittle something to to help with the winter cold. Things could be worse.
