My friend has been living as a woman for many years now but hasnt yet got rid of all her facial hair due to lack of funds. She now has the means to do so but doesnt want everyone to know her secret.

Is there anyway for her to have the hair removed properly but in such a way to not let people know? Can a laser work if she has to walk into the surgery clean shaven?
I want to help her do this as its something she really needs and wants.
