Drop in status

    I've noticed that I've suddenly gone from being a "Marchioness" to a somewhat lowly "Just a girl".
    Not that I mind being just a girl of course, I love being a girl.
    It's just that I used to get good service in restaurants and my credit cards were accepted everywhere.
    Now I suppose I'll have to queue up in a line with all the rest of the riff-raff.
    Classless society?

    I sent my congratulations to Sue James on her upcoming surgery today (hope all goes well Sue) at her blog and yes I'm "Just a girl" there. Just a bit of fun Melody I'm quite happy being just a girl.

    Hi Janis,

    Did you comment on a Blog? The same thing happened to me a few months ago. Took about 2 days for my correct status to return.

    Some sort of software glitch temporarily overrides your Forum status with your Blog comment status (At least I think that's what happened to me.) Shouldn't be a problem when the new TGS software takes over...

    Happened to me too. Katie fixed it when I told her. This site is so big, maybe unexpected things just do happen from time to time.

    It was the Metacharge subscription thingy that messed things up. Now we know this is a possibility, let's keep an eye on it.

    Your status does 'change' (though not really), when you are commenting on forum posts too, as does the person whose posts you are replying to. They temporarily inherit your number of posts.........don't ask me how. It all goes back to normal once you have posted though.

    Importantly though.......................it's never 'just' a girl.
