The media is all hype over the cast of same sex marriage in massachusetts. Those women want the same protection any married couple have and that's money, property and the right to share. But oh no the so called moralist screem it's unholy. Bull! Any comments?

Has same sex marriage been passed in Massachusetts, or are we still waiting to hear, or has it been shot down? I have been a little out of the loop on things this week, and will be for part of next as well....
