You're right - i did see taz (the little mad tazmanian devil) in drag on one show and THAT WAS funny.

Cross dressing cartoon charcters are fairly common.
Ever see Bugs Bunny in a dress turning on Elmer Fudd?

In episode 401, titled Film Flam , we see professor Utonium in a dress, high heels, a wig, and make up. I think if he shaved his legs, he'd pass.

there are also TGs in alot Anime cartoons and even in a few video games.. the asiapacific area a huge fountain of TG material.

i can only think of one game.. Blood 2 the chosen.. not the main character but a friend of his.. the main char meets "her" during the progression of the game and figures out that its his former "male' friend. i loved that part.
