My computer's motherboard got fried. Thanks to the beautiful and wonderful Josie Brissette, I will be getting back here in just a few days.

Computer abuse is a misdemenor in Oregon. (Something about free speech and 1st amendment rights, combined with a stunning lack of police, especially here in Lane County.)

However, abusing your computer's mouse is a felony, because some folks think it's an animal....

I shipped Mere my old dell laptop in hopes that she can use her hardrive from her dell laptop in it. I alomost threw it away as it was just collecting dust. She said it arrived in the office yesterday and will get it tomorrow when the office is open. Do not know much about computers but we are hoping a quick switch of the hard drives will make a functional laptop.
