I must confess to being somewhat confused, Katie had to change our name so Google wouldn't think we were a porn site then they advertise a "ladyboy/ she male" Porn? site. Odd don't you think?

Any way glad to see it worked for you Katie.

    Huggles

Yes, we have just put the Google Ads back on the site for the first time in about three years. And yes, they are hypocrites.

They refused to display ads on our site because they thought we were a porn site but as soon as we changed our name we became respectable, even though nothing much else has changed (apart from removing the word trannyweb from most of our pages).

Then, they have cheek to display ads for lady boy dating! Well this is just what we are up against.

Anyway, we’ve got our ads back and that’s the main thing. Now we just need some people to click on them.

    Hugs, Katie x

I have to say I hate the name. What is a Gender Society? It doesn't mean anything to me, and I doubt very much if it means anything to anyone else either. It sounds like the name for a Clinic or a Doctor's Surgery. Or a forum for the free exchange of over the counter pharmaceuticals. I understand the need to make such changes if you have the financial responsibilty etc for running such a site, and I'm glad it seems to have worked. It is a shame though, that in a world of increasing blandness and conformity that it has been necessary to go down such a path.

I am a tranny, I have always been a tranny, and I feel no shame in it

Porscha, there will always be an argument of semantics. For me the name change means an awfull lot. It validates not only my view of my being but also many of those I interact with. The word 'gender' is all encompassing. It leaves no-one out. And please don't make the mistake of thinking I comment as a transexual. The term accurately and correctly embraces cross-dressers. It is, to use the popular jargon, a win-win situation.
In a 'world of increasing blandness' I think The gender Society stands out...
