If you mean on the site just now, well I'm here and you can always check via the "whose here" feature to check if any of the rest of the girls are logged in.
If you mean are there any other intelligent life forms out-with our planet? Well given the size of the universe and the amount of potentially life bearing planets there has to be somebody out there.
But given the vast distances involved I doubt we'll ever get to meet them face to face (if they have faces) but I do think radio communication would be possible.
Anyway keep looking at the sky, you just never know.
