Hello, I'm Sarah Winfield. 

I have adopted my favourite female name along with the middle name of one of my Grandfathers who I never met. His middle name Winfield was also given to me as my middle name. I hate my male first christian name. 

I live in a beautiful part of the country down in Dorset, near Christchurch and the New Forest. 

I am retired and I am undergoing counselling for GD. 

After nearly 2 years of taking herbs to feminise myself I saw a GP for blood tests as I was reading of some of the dangers. 

Luckily the blood test proved nothing seriously wrong just some slight shift in my T and E levels and my SHGB. 

My future in unknown. I am due to see my GP next week, hopefully, to discuss my Counsellors an a psychiatric assessment report.
