Nice research - I'd like to see a poll on the Republican party. South Carolina voted to back a "hater."

Thanx for the links Christine. How ever, I have seen both sides of this spectrum concerning tolerance by the religious right. From my vantage point, most younger people are very understanding. I am not sure if I agree with the percentage's of older people's tolerance to TG's or LBGT's as to put it to the point. Maybe this is a good illustration of the attitude of the religious section of this country, at least the Evangelical part, but not inclusive to just them.

I found this in a blog posted by Gryphen at 2:00 AM

Here is a quote from the same link, something all should consider.

Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey.

How dare the LGBT community practice religious intolerance.

There was a time when giving women the right to vote, and doing away with segregation, were looked upon in a similar fashion.

Change is always hard for those who believe the old rules were set in stone and written by One whose will must not be questioned.

Now this here is some real positive reactions by the nice people in the UK concerning LGBT  religious intolerant ...kudos UK ...I do not think here in the states this type of disobedience would be accepted. I think you get the idea of my intolerance to religion.

Quote from the article....makes me smile

"a young man demanded a copy of the Bible from the Baptists and proceeded to sit cross-legged on the pavement checking every single quote mentioned on the yellow boards so he could see for himself how the individual phrases had been quoted completely out of context, just to suit the zealots' low opinion."
