A Canadian beauty pageant contestant who was disqualified when the Miss Universe Canada organizers discovered she was transgender is not ready to speak to reporters, a representative for the 6-foot-1-inch-tall blond model said Tuesday.

I hate how such a beautiful woman is put into the "it" category. Once again blatent public gender discrimination and segregation of trans people. Miss Universe should be ashamed of their policies. The only positive thing I see and it is quite selfish is she is over 6 ' 1". She is an inspiration.
