Even though I'm going the other way - MTF - I feel for Cole. I really recognise the feelings. It's actually the same story for us MTFs as well as the FTMs. Good luck to him and every happiness! I would have liked to know a bit more about the day to day life of an FTM - how to pass, packing, acceptance in general in the USA of FTMs and indeed the possibilities of romance for the FTM. After all there are MTFs looking for good looking and understanding guys!
