My first thought when I saw this title was of Adventure Time, either with Princess Cookie or with the "gender-bending episodes" in which each character is a different gender: Finn becoming Fiona, Jake becoming Cake, Marceline becoming Marshal Lee, and The Ice King becoming The Ice Queen.
