Thats so GREAT to hear Heather Harrison. I think that is a Brilliant Idea! Here, lemme post the rest of the Successful Transexuals (Post-Ops).
It is said that there are approximately 30,000 to 40,000 post operative transsexual women live in the United States, and many thousands more are now in the process of gender transition here. These numbers are much larger than commonly assumed by the public because a veil of invisibility hides the true nature and extent of the transsexual condition. Especially hidden are large numbers of highly successful women who have fully transitioned. The reason is that most successful women live in "stealth mode" or are "woodworked". They leave their pasts behind and hide in plain sight in order to avoid social stigmatization and get on with their new lives. Their personal successes insure that they assimilate and blend right into society.
Here are more:
Some of these women transitioned well. Some young, some mid age and some even around their work and gained acceptance in maninstream society. Its Inspiring!

Thanks for all of these inspiring snapshots. I am a MtF CD, but these stories are wonderful.
We have a few people who are members here who have been an inspiration to others. Not famous but who just get on with their lives. For one Katie Glover who started this web site, produces frock magazine, someone who made all this possible and Lucy Diamond a talented musician, others who prompted me to do something different, put my limited talents to try and improve life for others.
This a copy and paste job from Lynn Conway's site...........

Wow. Really inspiring. All too often all that you hear about is the negative aspects. Its nice to hear the positives and to actually see real role models.
