It is about 4:30am still nice and dark out side, warm though at 74 degrees. wow what a bouncy morning listening to Sash noving mania .........dancing all ready !!!!!! whats up with that ?????

Good Morning!
Starting clear liquid diet. Well after I have my coffee.
I can have water, clear juice, yellow or orange popsicles, sodas, & green tea. Also jello but I can't stand that stuff.
Not going to be a fun day. But it gets me closer to my goal.
