Ok, I'm getting a lot of questions on how to get the icon to show as the pic in 123 chat. People have tried the 150x150 max .jpg thing and I've had them check to make sure they dont have a .gif, but they can't get their icons up. Mine is still fine and some new girls have theirs up on day one.

Suggestions?
