Since it allways says off why do I keep getting them in my e-mails.

Hi Karen,

Although your Thread Notifications are off, it's possible that your Forum notifications are switched on.

At the bottom of a page of forum threads you'll see an link that says "Forum Options" to the right of "Search the Forums".

Clicking that will take you to a page which various options for that forum. The third option down the page is, "Would you like to receive email notification of responses to your posts?"

From the drop-down list simply choose "No notifications" and that should prevent you from receiving any more mail from that forum.

However, you will have to do this separately with each of the forums you are receiving mail from.
