Mel,
I once worked for a company in Kansas City (famous for Barbeque) that merged with a Cincinnatti (famous for Chili) company. There was always internal bickering about chili and BBQ. I LOVE KC BBQ, but I've never tried the Cincinnatti chili. It never really appealed to me at the time, but these days, my tastes have broadened, like my dress size.

One of the reviewers claims that this is the actual Skyline Chili recipe.
The Cincinnati "Skyline" Chili Ordering Code
1-way: just the chili
2-way: chili served over spaghetti
3-way: chili, spaghetti, and grated Cheddar cheese
4-way: chili, spaghetti, cheese, and onions
5-way: chili, spaghetti, cheese, onions, and beans
All "ways" are served with oyster crackers.
Hi Nicole,
Since I started working on this project I've found more than 60 recipes, though I missed this one. Comparing it to the best of what I found, it looks to be among the most authentic: the cooking method is correct and the ingredients are right on, including the chocolate.
Thanks for the link, when I try my own I'll definitely use it as a referance.
Best, Mellie
