Those girls transitioning.

Keep your job if you have one. Don´t leave because of your transition. It is much more difficult to find a new job than keeping the old one.
I know only one ts-girl who succeeded in getting a new and a GOOD job after transitioning as a woman. And even she had to do much work in getting all the study certificates changed.
In my country, for example, I can get my architect´s diploma changed on my female name only after my srs. Even though my present female name is the only lawfull and valid name I´ve got.
