  Looks like Jan will be testifying May 8 2013. I've had the lawyer's briefing so Iknow what to expect.I have no idea what the outcome will be. But I do hope it teaches bar owner a lesson in tact. I do have a nice busness suit to wear...should be interesting to see reaction.

  Just a quick update. We had to answer 2 more questions from defendant's list. They wanted to know if we'd had issues at other places,and how we handled them. Also, were any of us seeking counciling over being asked to not return.Still looks like 1st week in May for court date.

  It took some time,but I have some new information. BOLI has determined that said club owner has violated several Oregon State statutes in regards to discrimination laws.   Interesting turn of events...Owner of P-club has taken down all signage and put the place up for sale. Have a meeting with the Lawyer Fri.Sept 7th,should be interesting. Owner has done this before to try to get out of trouble with BOLI. Have to see how it works out this time.

  Good evening ,everyone. Local group made all 4 local channels and local radio with BOLI suit. I'll post links to news reports when I find out it's ok. Don't want to mess up anything.Bar owner messed up when wording eviction. Have had several offers from other establishments to come and spend money....
