"here we go ...Yea again"

  I  know  I  should  be writing about all thoes  happy  moments  that up til  now should  of  been  "Happy".   Well  my  dear sisters I'm sad  to  say  All  is  not well  with  me . Im  now  and  have  been dealing with  yet  another   problem  with  my  right  foot. I  can  tell you this  new  issue  is  a  "diebetic  Ulcer " and  its  sever. At this  moment  its  located  on the  top  right  corner  where the  baby  toe  is  located its about  thunb lenths  and as  deep to the  tendent . Because of this  problem  I  had  to  face  the  reality  that  I  may  have  to  make another  sacrifice  in order  to  save  this  foot . So  I  had what  took  all  of 5 min of  surgery  to  remove  the  baby toe and that  corner  of the  foot and some  bone . Yes  Im still  able to  walk  mostly limp around some  but  I wear  a  "Aircast " to lessen the weight . I'm  unshere if  or when  I will  be  able  to  be  "Me "  again .its  been very  difficult  at this  point to  sleep  with  at times  throbbing  light achy  pain not  to  mention the amout of  daily  fusstraion that this  has  happened  again . I  have  Alot   on my  plate  abit  more than  I  antisipated but I will  manage  and Yes    I  will    survive  this . Since  I  had  heart surgery  in 2010  Ive  noticed  that  I  have  a  good  tolerence  for  "PAIN". Im  not a  person that  as soon as  they  got a    "Bo Bo"  will  run  for there  Dr  office  for a pain  killer . Im alot  tougher  then most  know about  me .  I will  take  more than this  to  stop  me because  I  have something  that  I  did  nt  last time  around .  So  far I  am  coping  well  with  every  seconed  day  foot  dressing changes and  the  weekly  visits  to the  clinic at  our  hospital where i  see  the  Dr. I will  keep you  all  posted with my  progress  .
