I was wondering if breast massarge will help in breast growth as well as the injections?

It certainly can't hurt, especially when done in conjunction with hormone therapy that has been implemented by your doctor and tailored to your needs. Massage can increase the blood flow, and so it would seem that it would aid in breast growth.
