I have begun my soft start for the hormone break. Yesterday´s 6mg Estrofem is today 4mg, the same tomorrow. On tuesday only 2mg and from wednesday on zero.
Got to survive somehow until October 24th when I can start the HRT again, the first week daily 2mg, the second week daily 4mg. My endocrinologist said I should look if that 4mg would feel enough. If not, I´m allowed to rise it to daily 6mg.

I had my first hot flash last night. Not nice. But I´ll survive. The goal is clear, anyway

During my life I have learned to suffer if it is needed for a good goal. Now I can use that ability, this time for myself.
