I'm thinking of switching from Estrofem (oral estrogen) to Climara (skin patch) due to its lower level of side effects.

I just got a few Climara 100 patches (7.6mg, release rate 100ug/day). Looking at the guide in this page, how many patches does that equal to?

Also, do you leave the patch on for 7 days?

Sorry love i haven't a clue but bye the sound of it i suppose they would be 24hr patch or as you say a 7 day patch. Why not try and look on the 4 corners on line pharmacy they are quite useful on there?.........love JJ xx

Thanks Julie. The patch is to be worn for 7 days. It releases 100ug's every day for 7 days. I love it. No need to take Estrofem now. Just leave it on and forget about it!
