  I seem to lurch from one big problem to another.  My life is just one big series of problems and eventually, solutions.  But it's hard work.  Why can't things just go right from the start?

  Yesterday I was in the midde of tryig to find a tame programmer/developer to work with us on getting this site launched, when my internet connection suddenly died.

  The GS Tribune was also nearly ready to be sent out when this happened.  Since then I have not had a 'broadband' internet connection at all so not Trib for now.

  Luckily I do have a 3G mobile dongle for times like this and I'm using that now.  However, it's desperately slow, web pages take two minutes to load and the connection keeps dropping every five minutes.  It's really frustrating but it does at least allow me to check my email in case of any other disasters.

  If I sound a bit depressed, it because I am, but with good reason.
