  There's only time for a quick line today. I have soooo much work to do. I have to finish off the Tranny Tribune and a zillion other things.
  
  I know it's nearly two months away but I am already worrying about Sparkle. There an awful lot to organise and I'm worried that we won't have enough helpers on the day.
  
  We have to get our tent and tables and stuff, onto the site by 10.30am and then put it up. Then we need people to help run it during the day and then we'll need another small army to help with taking it down and returning it all to the TrannyVan (which I'll have to hire for the weekend).
  
  So please do think about volunteering to help if you can spare an hour or two, especially if you can help with erecting the tent and/or taking it all down.
  
  Otherwise, it's a grey old day here and it'll probably rain soon.
  
  I'd best get on or there will be no Tranny Trib this weekend.
