Electrolysis

Today I did something quite radical.  I had my first ever electrolysis session – not for hair removal but for vein removal.  Having spent a long time in the sun and having drunk far too much in my lifetime, my face was covered with fine veins and “spider nevuses”.  It was not a pretty sight and I had intended to do something about it for years.

I finally did it today and I couldn’t believe how quick the procedure was and how very effective too.  It was relatively painless and took about fifteen minutes.  When it was finished my veins were gone.  I now have a lovely clear complexion again, like that girl on the L’oreal commercials.  If I’d know how well it would work and how easy and inexpensive it is to have done, I’d have had my veins removed years ago.

Today has also been interesting to say the least, because it’s the second day of our software upgrade and Eric the programmer has been installing all kinds of new stuff.  Unfortunately, one of the programs he installed disabled 216 of our member’s accounts and then emailed them to tell them they were disabled.

The first I knew about this  was when I returned from my electrolysis session this afternoon to find about a hundred angry emails.  Eric immediately sorted it all out and the accounts were all reactivated but please accept my apologies again, if you were one of those affected.

This has been quite a week and there’s more to come.  On Friday I have to visit the dentist!
