  I've been told that there is further investigation into Mr. Penner's finances. Not sure what is happening beyond this,but building has not sold yet.

  This could take some time to resolve everything and anything can happen. Again ,it's not really about any money.It's about breaking the law. What was done is illegal under Oregon State Law.
